How I can know if my bearded dragon is pumped, or if hes just fat?
I think a bit of fat HES, but I have to read my dragon Bearded first guide carefully before cutting your food, but I just want to know what you think. He walks into the arms because they are huge. I do not know if you just can not earn a living when it comes into their hands, because of his love mealworms, or if it's just a lot of muscle. Can you say if you eat too much and are overweight? Ok, not really "Fat", but so was eating too much in his life eight months. I do not know what a fat lizard explained that in those days. OK Thanks. I'm Feeling read this on the BDM. I feed worms and crickets, and I I always calcium powder dust. I am also sure you get the fresh fruit. He had a heat lamp overlooking the special needs, but he accidentally broke the other day, so I have to get another. His arms havnt been so long. Is it arms will never return to normal?
There are two things you mentioned are much more a concern, and eventually the excess weight. Members too large and can not stand are two classic signs of early metabolic bone disease. The same applies to owners and iguanas, often confused with muscle or fat. When the leg bones are weakened by the MBD body tries to compensate by setting up the area around the bone by connective tissue. Thick, bulbous end members, often called "Popeye" members. These animals have difficulty climbing and walking by the weakening of the skeleton. Mealworms for fattening are, in effect, but are also very high in phosphorus with a calcium / phosphorus poor. At least that calcium supplements of vitamins / and the lighting was enough to defeat this dragon can have your BDM.
