How I can get my male bearded dragon to mate?

I have two bearded dragons. I want the male to mate with the female. It it seems that she wants ritual partner. It is simply not interested. there is nothing I can do to encourage? Rarely passes through it. Like 2 times a year. I Beardie baby. please help.

Light candles, play music, and put roses around the cage. If this fails, hes gay.
