I fixed my bearded dragon. who had swallowed the terminal.?
approximately four weeks, I bought six dragons Dearden, one ate a cricket which has been a bit much. (I bought small crickets, but I think one was bigger. His legs and back stiff like. Is in pain. I do not know SIR was wrong, I called the vets, () is not an indication of the zoo (who have not called me) and I tryed the Animal Rescue League, they (are useful, but could not give advice because they are babies Beardie) I was so worried for him to lose, usually die from this. I was reading somewhere that give them a bath hot. I did. Every day was very low. So after I showered, took the party to sit in the sun for 30 minutes every day. (No 30 + days in the sun) about a week later, I still had not pooed cricket, so be careful helped. is out and almost immediately it was like life was given him. has not fully recovered, but was moving his legs and unable to resume his own crickets. better and better each day
It's more like impaction which is a form of constipation, but a little more difficult. It's good though that you were able to help you pass the cricket and treatment until he recovers. As you said that even the vet had no idea that it seems as if your veterinarian is a veterinarian specializing in reptiles. Of course, the zoo is not the slightest idea, this is not good for me to say this, but in some cases, a zoo will be more harm than good, and in terms of animal rescue groups, must find a rescue group very specific animals anywhere in it. But once again return to the veterinary situation, here is a site that is a list of reptiles and veterinary specialized classified by region. Note that all reptiles are included because veterinarians have to register their own volition but there are many out there. http://www.arav.org/ maintaining this web site is very useful if you have a similar situation or if you need a specialist reptile vet concern, besides its vetrinary Beardie. It is a great resource. Also, if you need other resources, http://www.beardeddragons.org, http://pets.groups.yahoo.com/group/dragon_sanctuary/ http://www.beautifuldragons.com and links these resources are also reliable on the Internet. Hope this information helps you in the future and hope that will help you recognize what is known as impaction.
